1) We have a professional yard sign that is FREE to you for use. "Our Yard Sign Sells Homes" - Years ago we hijacked a study made by McDonalds. They researched what colors best grab attention from passers by. The conclusion was Red, Yellow and White. McDonalds started by
painted all their stores using these 3 colors.
We decided to follow their success model. Notice the color of our signs.
