Jessica is a licensed salesperson with Amanica, was born and raised in Southern California. She has been in the real estate and property management industry for 10 years. Jessica graduated from California State University, Northridge, with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration at the top 10% of her class. She continues to carry her high-achiever proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and tireless drive throughout her professional life. She prides herself on always striving to give nothing less than excellent and personalized service to each and every client.
Outside of her career, Jessica is actively involved in raising money for American Cancer Society and participating in their annual Relay for Life. Her family’s history with the disease has created a close connection for her to the charity. She thoroughly enjoys giving back, as well as helping raise awareness and funds for those in need.

Ed, a father of two and grandfather of seven, is the Founder of many entrepreneurial companies. A graduate of Purdue. He just sold a technology marketing company -CoVideo. Over the years, in the plastics business Ed has worked with big name companies like Ingersoll Rand, Westinghouse, General Motors, General Electric, Rubbermaid, Mack Truck, and many more.
Having the entrepreneurial spirit, he has launched more than 20 companies. Ed founded Homesellers Plus several years ago in Lafayette/West Lafayette Indiana and he is starting up the company again here in California. The service proved to help many homeowners sell by-Owner saving them thousands of dollars.
Ruby Carino Pena

Ruby has three children, two are registered nurses, and the third is a kindergarden teacher. She has seven grandchildren.

Ruby was born and raised in the Philippines and came to America with her late husband who was a Navy Chief Petty Officer when he retired .
​
She worked for 20 years at Bank of America. She has worked for the City of Del Mar in California and had security clearance when she worked for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
​
Her commitment, skills and attention to details along with her ability to do research have proved invaluable helping any organization move forward.
