🌀 Types of Meditation

  1. Mindfulness Meditation → Observing thoughts and sensations without judgment.

  2. Breath Meditation → Focusing on the inhale and exhale.

  3. Mantra Meditation → Repeating a sacred word or sound (like “Om”).

  4. Loving-Kindness (Metta) → Sending compassion and love inward and outward.

  5. Chakra or Energy Meditation → Balancing your body’s energy centers.

  6. Contemplative / Christian Meditation → Focusing on scripture, prayer, or Christ’s presence.
