  1. Root Chakra (Muladhara) – Base of spine

    • Color: Red

    • Represents: Security, survival, stability, grounding

    • Balanced: You feel safe, stable, and connected to the earth

    • Blocked: You may feel anxious, insecure, or ungrounded

  2. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana) – Lower abdomen (just below navel)

    • Color: Orange

    • Represents: Creativity, sexuality, pleasure, emotions

    • Balanced: You feel creative, passionate, and open to joy

    • Blocked: You may feel emotionally closed off, uninspired, or guilty

  3. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura) – Upper abdomen (stomach area)

    • Color: Yellow

    • Represents: Confidence, personal power, self-esteem, willpower

    • Balanced: You feel confident, motivated, and in control of your life

    • Blocked: You may feel powerless, insecure, or struggle with decision-making

  4. Heart Chakra (Anahata) – Center of chest

    • Color: Green (sometimes pink)

    • Represents: Love, compassion, forgiveness, relationships

    • Balanced: You feel loving, empathetic, and connected with others

    • Blocked: You may feel closed-off, lonely, bitter, or jealous

  5. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha) – Throat

    • Color: Blue

    • Represents: Communication, truth, self-expression

    • Balanced: You speak clearly and express yourself authentically

    • Blocked: You may struggle with speaking up, fear judgment, or feel misunderstood

  6. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna) – Between eyebrows (forehead)

    • Color: Indigo

    • Represents: Intuition, insight, wisdom, imagination

    • Balanced: You trust your intuition, have clarity, and see beyond illusions

    • Blocked: You may feel confused, lack foresight, or overly skeptical

  7. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) – Top of head

    • Color: Violet or white

    • Represents: Spiritual connection, higher consciousness, enlightenment

    • Balanced: You feel connected to the divine, peaceful, and aware of unity with all

    • Blocked: You may feel disconnected, spiritually lost, or overly materialistic
